How to make them:
- Beat the egg in a bowl with a fork.
- Add the butter and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Add the baking mix to the bowl. Stir everythingtogether until it forms a dough.
- Knead the dough with your hands until it holds togethernicely.
- Roll the dough into small balls. Place them on thebaking sheet and flatten them slightly; the cookies should be about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the cookies for 20 minutes at 165°C. Let them cooldown afterwards.
