With Het Gerecht Plantaardig we go a step further than its predecessor De Basis Plantaardig. All basic knowledge is applied in this booklet to complete preparations.

We show in detail which ingredients you need in your pantry and in your refrigerator to start with feasible plant-based dishes to prepare daily.

You will learn to make savory sandwich toppings. A lot of attention is paid to all kinds of salads, vegetable preparations, pasta, tofu and rice dishes. The classics including the hamburger, vol-au-vent (queen's snack) and meatballs in tomato sauce get a version without meat. The booklet is structured in such a way that you can make multiple combinations of dishes .

The authors Pieter-Jan Lint and Tony Le Duc met in 2019. After many conversations it turned out that they share the same vision about the necessary evolution of our current diet. In 2023 they published the book De Basis Plantaardig.
For this second book Het Gerecht Plantaardig they go a step further and once again bring their expertise together. All descriptions and recipes are explained in a simple way by vegan chef Pieter-Jan Lint and illustrated by culinary photographer Tony Le Duc.
