Multiple MMA world champion Marloes Coenen struggled with health problems for years during her sports career. This sparked her interest in healing with natural means. Together with co-authors Marije Boomsma, Leïla de Jager, Maria Lam and Angie Vliese, Marloes collected the life stories of various herbal heroines and documented their recipes. Resulting in this richly illustrated reference work full of beautiful and colorful portrait photos.
