Sea salt 89% (anti-caking agent E535), crushed blackpepper 8.9%, pieces of summer white truffle (Tuber aestivum) 1.2%, truffleflavouring.
Oil with mushroom and truffle flavour: extra virgin oliveoil 48%, sunflower oil 48%, yellow boletes 1.7%, porcini mushrooms 0.4%,natural flavour.
May contain trace of wheat, eggs, almonds, hazelnuts,walnuts, soya, mustard, sesame, sulphites and peanuts.
