BIRD’S EYE CHILI by Rivsalt is the chili you want if you love tongue-tingling heat. Chili in general is used all over the world to add heat and flavor to food, desserts, chocolate and even drinks. Some chilies are actually quite mild. Bird’s eye chili is not.

This red organic bird’s eye chili [Capsicum Frutescens] originates from Uganda and each plant produces numerous pods. With 90,000-120,000 Scoville heat units, it’s among the world’s hottest chilies. The sharpness is intense and direct, and the taste is similar to Thai chili. Perfect for hot Asian dishes and your home-made BBQ sauce.
