Sounds delicious, but what is Vinaigrette?
As Italian as these ingredients are, vinaigrette is French. Oui, oui, it's a classic French dressing for over la salad. A mix of oil and vinegar in the ratio 3 to 1. Normally flavored with salt, pepper or garden herbs. But as you are used to from Pineut, they do it just a little differently. The mix of (Italian) herbs, spices and vegetables make these vinaigrettes an outlier. But one of the outstanding category.
