No Nonsense Food is Manon Dumon's first book. Manon is a caterer, food writer and young entrepreneur. The book is a collection of no nonsense, seasonal recipes. Manon also shares menus to combine dishes, wine pairing tips and table styling tips. The book is a real “labor of love”. Manon did everything himself, from writing out and photographing the recipes to publishing the book in-house.

No Nonsense Food is a reflection of my way of thinking about food. I prefer to throw some “leftovers” together in a pan to unexpectedly obtain a delicious result. Many recipes from this book originated in this way. No hassle, but good products and tasty combinations, that's what No Nonsense Food stands for. The book is also divided into two parts “Spring / Summer” and “Fall / Winter”. This way you immediately know which dishes are best to prepare in which period. Seasonal cooking is the key to success.
